process overview
Here is an overview of the process.
- You enroll in a Natalie Bacon Coaching Program (e.g.: Grow You). You love it and want to become an affiliate for it. (Please note: you must be a current client to be a Partner.)
- You read this entire Partner Policy.
- You agree to the Policy.
- You apply to be a Partner by submitting the form below.
- You get approval from us via email.
- You get a unique affiliate link through the program platform.
- You put the unique link in appropriate places on your website, in email marketing, or on social media platforms (in compliance with this Policy and applicable rules and regulations).
- You send traffic through your unique link to a Promotional Link.
- A cookie is placed on the click that lasts 180 days, or until the user clears her cache, whichever happens first.
- When someone purchases the Grow You Monthly Program, you earn 10%, recurring revenue. For example, if someone purchases Grow You Monthly and stays in the Program for four months, you earn $7.90/month (10% of the $79 monthly fee) for four months.
- If a product is returned or refunded, you do not earn a commission.
- You are paid through PayPal once per month. You are responsible for providing your PayPal information.
partner policy
Affiliate advertising must not include content that is deceptive, misleading, untruthful, unsubstantiated, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines.
As a Partner (an affiliate) regardless of country of domicile, you must be in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including without limitation the Federal Trade Commission Act (“FTC Act”), the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (“CAN-SPAM Act”), Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) regulations and guidelines implementing the FTC Act and the CAN-SPAM Act, the FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (“FTC Testimonials Guide”), the National Advertising Division decisions of the Better Business Bureau, and other federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines.
As a Partner, you are forbidden from creating web pages, social media pages, or accounts that falsely represent yourself as the creator or owner of Natalie Bacon Coaching programs.
As a Partner, you must make it clear you will receive a commission for sales made through your affiliate link.
If you, as a Partner, purchase a Natalie Bacon Coaching program using your own affiliate link, you will not be eligible for earning a commission.
As a Partner, you must comply with all other rules related to general affiliate sales and the FTC above.
You, as a Partner, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NRB Media LLC dba Natalie Bacon Coaching from any lawsuits, investigations, claims, or complaints arising from any such violation or alleged violation of the terms above.
A Partner who breaks any term will be banned immediately without hesitation and will not be eligible for reinstatement.
